1- Shipping areas
We ship to the European Union.
2- Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm during from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working weekday (usually Monday).
Please note that delivery times are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed.
The following delivery times (in business days) generally apply from the despatch date: 2-3 working days
Most deliveries arrive on or before the estimates advised but from time to time and from matters outside our control they may take longer.
3- Shipping costs
- Spain: €5.00
- Europe from €10.00
* To qualify for FREE SHIPPING €80.00 minimum spend must be spent on goods only.
4- Deliveries to remote places (islands etc...):
Delivery times quoted are in working days and these along with the prices are based on deliveries to major cities. Please note that deliveries to remote areas outside major cities may incur an additional charge. Should your delivery be liable for this a member of our customer service team will contact you
5- Tracking number:
PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders go out fully tracked and signed for so it is important that someone is available to sign for the items when they are delivered. Full tracking information will be provided to you when you receive your dispatch confirmation.
6- IMPORT DUTY/TAXES
Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
7- FAILED DELIVERY / LOST ITEMS
Please note that products are dispatched with delivery receipts to the shipping address provided by the customer in the order.
It is very important that you supply us with the correct address and postcode! DIVERZ cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. What you enter at checkout is what goes on the label so please be careful! Please check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
It is important to note that the courier will only attempt to deliver your items a MAXIMUM of 2 times. If they are unable to deliver your items after 2 attempts your items will then be returned back to us. Unfortunately you will then have to pay €6.95 to cover the cost of having the item re-delivered to you and is the cost we are charged by the courier company. Once your item is returned to us, we can cancel your order and refund you for the order minus the original delivery charge.
